All employees, partners, associates, and representatives of AY Horizon Company are strictly prohibited from engaging in any kind of fraud, financial misconduct, theft, cheating, misuse of company property, or any activity that causes loss or damage to the company. If any individual is found involved in such actions, they will be fully responsible for compensating and repaying the total amount of loss or damage caused to the company. In addition, the individual shall also be liable to pay a penalty amount of PKR 3,000,000 (30 Lac Rupees) as punishment and breach compensation to AY Horizon Company. The company also reserves the full legal right to take further disciplinary and legal action according to applicable laws and company policies. This policy applies equally to all employees, partners, contractors, and affiliated persons working with AY Horizon Company.
